This report is the full account of the incident itself, the events preceding it, and the aftermath, prepared by the TRI agents that investigated it and subsequently disappeared. This is an unedited copy of the original hand-typed, mimeographed and crudely-assembled, roughly forty-page booklet. Fair warning: this is not a neatly put-together or even completely legible document, it was done in the field on outdated equipment by agents that were most likely under extreme duress.
